Client: Albuquerque JCC
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Albuquerque felt it was time to upgrade their website and offer more information to their members, including the ability to sign up online and pay for events and programs.
Because of the large amount of information on this website (facilities, staff, program, events, etc.), we spent quite a bit of time brainstorming and testing the site navigation. A usability study confirmed that we were on the right track, and feedback from members has been positive.
Another crucial issue was the timely updating of JCC events and programs, so we designed a custom administration section and a number of database-driven pages that allow the JCC staff to update information at their convenience. The website is automatically updated with information pulled from the database. For example, the home page always displays upcoming events based on the current date.
